Our platform is designed for IT resellers of all sizes that need to purchase laptops & accessories for further reselling to their customers.

Disti Dukaan is a closed B2B e-com portal. To ensure prices are visible only to registered IT channel partners, we have locked the prices. The same are visible only after a channel partner registers with their complete company details.After one time registration the login process is only mobile OTP based for convenience.To register with Disti Dukaan, please click on the “Register” button on the top right corner of the home page or any of the product pages. Please keep your GST number handy to Register.

Q)  What are the payment options I can use for my purchase at Disti Dukaan?

Disti Dukaan accepts all major Credit Cards, IMPS, UPI, NEFT, RTGS 

 

Q)  Can I make purchase on credit? Does Disti Dukaan offer Credit?

Yes, credit terms are provided to registered partners as per industry standard terms & conditions. You need to apply for the same & can be done on the “ Apply for Credit” tab on the portal. On Certain deals named “CDC deals only” credit is not provided inspite of having an approved credit term with Disti Dukaan.

 

Q)  Is cash on Delivery(COD) a payment option?

No, COD is not an available payment option. Considering the size of transactions & the value of invoices,  we do not offer COD as a payment option. Partners can avail a credit facility & apply for credit through the “ Apply for Credit “ tab on the portal home page.

 

Q)  Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Disti Dukaan.com?

Disti Dukaan is a closed B2B e-com portal. Q)  I am not able to reduce the Qty while ordering certain laptops?

Disti Dukaan has a minimum order quantity (MOQ) fixed for each of the listed products. Below the minimum order quantity orders cannot be placed.

 

Q)  Can I place the order over phone/email/whatsapp?

We recommend using our online platform for the most convenient & efficient ordering experience. In case you are facing any issues while doing the same, please reach out to customer support team & they can guide and help you with the same.

 

Q)  What is “apply coupon” on the add to cart page of the website?

Coupon / Promo or Promotion code is a discount coupon code feature of Disti Dukaan using which you can avail further discounts your purchase. Promo code can be applied while processing payment. Promo codes are generally time bound. Please check the validity of promo codes before applying them.

Q) How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive a shipment notification via E-mail/SMS informing you on the estimated date of delivery. You can also check the current status of your order by logging in into your account on Disti Dukaan.com and going to MY ORDERS section.

Visit MY Orders page in My Account and click on TRACK ORDER to get real time status of your order.

Q) What does the different order status mean?

Confirmed: Your order has been successfully placed.
Verified: Your payment mode and delivery details have been verified.
Processing: We have received your order and it has been forwarded to the order processing team.
Dispatch: Order has been packed and is ready to be picked up by the courier partner.
Shipped: Your order has been dispatched for delivery.
Delivered: Your order has been delivered to your address successfully.

Q)  Is Disti Dukaan a “Laptop Only” B2B portal?

Yes, as of now Disti Dukaan offers deals only Laptops as a product category to all its partners across India.

 

Q)  Are the products listed new or refurbished?

All the products listed on distidukaan.com are new . No refurbished products are listed. All products are OEM sealed boxes with OEM warranty.

 

Q)  Is bag price included in the displayed price of each laptop?

No, neither bags are shipped along with order nor their price is included in the prices displayed. Bags are a separate line item & need to be ordered separately.

 

Q)  Does Disti Dukaan have ready stocks of listed laptops or does it procure after receipt of my order?

Disti Dukaan only lists laptops that are available physically in warehouse. Items not in the physical possession of the company are not listed on the portal.

 

Q)  Do I get warranty on the products bought from  Disti Dukaan?

Yes, we offer manufacturer warranties on all of our products. The period ( 1 Year, 3 Year etc)  & type ( next business Day, premier Support, Pro Support, Accidental Damage Protection etc ) of the warranty may vary depending on the manufacturer and the product. Exact detail for each product is mentioned on the respective product pages.

 

Q)  Is there a minimum quantity that needs to be ordered?

Yes, there is a minimum quantity (MOQ) that needs to be ordered to avail the Dukaan Price. The MOQ varies for each product listed on the portal. The same is mentioned in the “ qty “ field on the respective product page.

Disti Dukaan is a B2B portal for IT partners and a curated list of products is uploaded at extremely aggressive prices. These prices are arrived at after thoughtful consideration of the operating market prices and extensive research. Q) Do you charge GST on your invoices?

Yes , all products sold on Disti Dukaan are subject to applicable GST. Prices are mentioned with comments accordingly. GST charged also shows separately as a line item on the invoice.

Yes , if you are a GST registered company and have placed your order with correct GST number of your organization , GST credit will reflect  on your GST  portal within the reporting norms .

No, Disti Dukaan offers freight free deliveries across India.

 

Q) Is the delivery freight free across all locations in the India?

Yes , Disti Dukaan offers freight free deliveries across country to all serviceable pin codes by leading logistics providers.

 

Q) What if there is a delay in shipment?

Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might be delayed. We will send you an E-mail/SMS informing you about the delay along with the revised expected delivery date. Visit MY Orders page in My Account and click on TRACK ORDER to get real time status of your order.

 

Q) What is the estimated delivery time?

It often takes between 1  to 7  business days to get the product delivered at your door steps. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. However, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. All order received prior to 2.00PM are shipped the same day and delivered between 1 to 7 days depending on the location. Time to deliver is a function of your location and distance from our warehousing Hubs. Currently our Master hub is in Delhi.
 

Q) How does the delivery process work?

All deliveries are scheduled through reputed couriers. You will be informed when we ship your consignment and will also be provided a tracking number. The same can be tracked in realtime on the “ My orders” tab of the portal.

 

Q) Do you offer international shipping?

No , Disti Dukaan does not ship products out of India.

Q) I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Returns are only allowed in cases of wrong product, defective or damaged product. For the cases falling under this return policy the buyer needs to Contact us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return. Wherever possible, Logistics will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case the pick-up is not arranged through Disti Dukaan, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by Disti Dukaan.

 

Q) Is there any return window?

Returns are only allowed in cases of wrong product, defective or damaged product. For the cases falling under this return policy the buyer needs to Contact us to initiate a return. Such requests need to be raised within 24hrs of receipt of the consignment.

 

Q) If I receive a wrong product, Defective product, Damaged product can I get it replaced?

We take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive a wrong product, defective or damaged product, please raise a replacement request or get in touch with us. You will also have the option to choose refund for the product if replacement not available.

We take anywhere between 7- 14 days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited to the same account from where payment was made.

Since Disti Dukaan is a B2B e-com portal, products once sold or the orders once processed cannot be cancelled by a buyer. The products sold through www.distidukaan.com cannot be returned, cannot be replaced or orders cannot be cancelled once the order is successfully processed, except as mentioned earlier in Returns & refund section.

We take anywhere between 7- 14 days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited to the same account from where payment was made.

Disti Dukaan is not a market place. We do not buy products from open market. All our buying is OEM aligned buying only.
